Rigid foam insulation sandwich wall panels are produced on a continuous production line, below the soft surface layer, the intermediate interlayer for the flame-retardant polyurethane, poly isocyanurate, phenolic foam sandwich panel material and special equipment. Products are mainly used for external wall insulation.
The working principle is: Rigid foam liquid metering pump by pouring machine with a certain ratio of the mixture evenly into the mixing head and casting materials in the sandwich on the bottom level, and on the level of material and laminated into a conveyor, in conveyor chain plates laminated between the upper and lower foam stereolithography; Curing material after forming the sandwich panel production line after trimming by both sides of the automatic tracking cutting machine according to the need to cut to length products.
1. Application of the line
The line is used to continuously make PU-cored sandwich panels with the facing layers of steel or aluminum sheet or PU-cored sandwich panels with one side of color steel and the other side of flexible sheet. It is also able to make panels of different profiles if the roll-forming machine is changed.
